First Class Air Repair (FCAR) is an FAA, EASA, and UK CAA–certified Part 145 Repair Station headquartered near Orlando, Florida. Founded in 1997, FCAR is a family-owned and operated company built on three generations of aviation expertise and a relentless commitment to quality, reliability, and customer service.

With unlimited Class I, II, and III ratings, FCAR provides component maintenance, repair, and overhaul to leading commercial and cargo airlines worldwide. Our reputation has been earned through consistent performance, fast turnaround times, and attention to detail.

Our 21,000-square-foot facility in Groveland, Florida was built to support efficient workflows and rapid turnaround without sacrificing quality. Our capabilities extend above and beyond IDGs, CSDs, generators, fans, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, fuel and more.
